What does AI automation mean for a small business?

Will AI replace my staff?
That is not how we build it. The systems we build take the admin off people so they can do more of the work that needs a person, like talking to customers and doing the job. Do I have to change the software I already use?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already have, such as your email, calendar, spreadsheets, job board or accounting software, and connect to them where they allow it. How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on what you want automated, so we do not publish a price list. After the free call you get a written proposal for the first workflow with a fixed price and a clear description of what it will do. Ongoing AI running costs are shown separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Is my customer data safe?
We build on accounts your business owns, and before anything goes live we show you which AI services will see which data and why. Anything sent to a customer can be set to need a person's approval first. If you ever stop working with us, the system and the data stay with you.
How long until something is working?
A single, well-defined workflow is usually live within a few weeks of the first call. Larger systems are built in stages, so you are using and benefiting from the first part while the next is being built.
