THE PROBLEM
Importify Cars sources performance, JDM and luxury vehicles in Japan and New Zealand and ships them worldwide — but the buyers are in Los Angeles, Brisbane and Miami, not Auckland. A conventional storefront ranks for the country it sits in. Selling a Skyline to someone in Florida means being the answer when they search from Florida, in a market where the competition is a handful of specialist importers and a lot of forum threads.
OUR APPROACH
We built the platform end to end — the site, the listing system, the search, the freight and landed-cost calculators, and the outbound feeds that syndicate live stock to external marketplaces. Every vehicle gets its own indexed page, and two separate buyer journeys each get their own city-level landing pages across the export markets that matter, so a search from Brisbane and a search from Miami land somewhere written for them. The result is 1,448 indexed URLs, 1,228 of them live vehicles, scoring 97/100 on Google PageSpeed for desktop.
