What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score. Each customer is asked how likely they are to recommend you, from 0 to 10. Your score is the share who answer 9 or 10, minus the share who answer 0 to 6. It runs from -100 to 100, and it tells you how customers really feel, not just the ones who chose to post a review.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
A one-off $99 + GST setup fee, and no fixed term. Plans run month to month and you can cancel any time by email. Your reviews live on your Google Business Profile, so they stay yours when you leave.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Move up when you want us to take more on, or drop from Pro or Max to Basic and run it yourself. You keep your review link, QR codes, dashboard and history either way.
Do I need a Webgun website?
No. Review requests and your NPS dashboard work whoever built your site. On Pro and Max we also keep your latest Google reviews showing on your website.
What do I need to get started?
A Google Business Profile, and adding us as a manager on it so we can read and reply to reviews. We walk you through it on the setup call.
Can you guarantee a number of reviews?
No one honestly can, because the customer decides. What we can do is make sure every customer is asked, at the right time, in the fewest taps possible. That is what moves the number.
