What can AI actually do for a car dealership?
Mostly it takes the admin off your sales team. It can reply to common enquiries, file and check vehicle photos, write listing descriptions, keep stock in sync across your website and marketplaces, draft agreements and invoices, and remind people to follow up. The aim is more cars sold per person, not a robot on the yard.
Do we have to replace our current dealer software?
No. We usually start with the job that wastes the most time and connect to what you already use where it allows it. For dealers whose software is holding them back, we can build a full sales system around how the yard works, like the one we built for Importify Cars.
Is this only for big dealerships or importers?
No. A small yard with two or three people often gains the most, because the same people are selling, photographing, listing and doing the paperwork. We size the first piece of work to the business and build more only once it is saving real time.

Yes. The systems we build are designed for phones first, because that is where yard staff work. Sending the assistant a photo or checking a deal works the same on a phone as it does on a desktop.
