The problem

iRepair fixes phones, tablets and laptops from a workshop in Avondale, Auckland, and turns most repairs around in under 45 minutes. Its old website did not show any of that. The site was slow, its local SEO was weak, and nothing on it was written so that ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews could recommend iRepair for a specific repair. People searching for the jobs iRepair does every day were finding competitors instead, and the business was losing enquiries every week.

Our approach

We rebuilt the site from scratch as a static site served from Cloudflare's global network, so pages load fast on a phone. Each device and repair type got its own page, 15 in all, so an iPhone screen repair and a MacBook repair can each rank on their own. The copy states the facts that a customer and an AI answer both need: the turnaround time, the warranty and the Avondale location. Every enquiry form feeds a single inbox. The new site scores 92/100 on Google PageSpeed for mobile and 99/100 for desktop, and it went live in days, not months.
