AI training for business teams.
Practical, hands-on sessions that teach your team to use AI for the work they already do: notes, planning and the everyday admin that fills the week. One hour at a time, one-on-one or in small groups.
What the sessions cover.
Each session is built around real tasks from your business, so people leave having done the work, not just watched it.
Using AI well, and safely
What AI tools are good at, where they get things wrong, and the habits that keep customer and business information out of the wrong places. Every fact and figure gets checked by a person before it goes anywhere.
Note-taking
Turning calls, meetings and site visits into clear notes and action lists, so nothing said in a meeting depends on someone remembering it.
Planning
Using AI to break a week, a project or a busy period into a plan, and to think through options before a decision rather than after it.
Everyday admin
Drafting emails, summarising long threads, tidying documents and getting through the repetitive tasks that eat into the working day.
How it runs.

Shared habits like note-taking and planning are taught in small groups. Role-specific work, or anyone who wants to go further, gets one-on-one time. The schedule is set with you, and it can run alongside any AI system we build for your business.
Training we deliver now
Running every month with the Importify Cars team.
Importify Cars, an Auckland vehicle exporter, has its team trained by us every month. The same team uses the AI assistant and sales system we built for them, so the sessions turn new tools into everyday habits.

Your trainer
Joel Patchett, Webgun.
Joel founded Webgun and builds the AI systems in our case studies, including the AI assistant the Importify Cars team uses every day and the AI check that keeps identity documents off its public listings. He teaches from that hands-on work, so the training covers what AI does well in a real New Zealand business, and where it still needs a person.

AI training: common questions.
Who is the training for?
Business owners and their teams who use a computer for admin, sales or customer work and want to use AI properly. No technical background is needed. Sessions are built around the work your team actually does.
Why one-hour sessions?
An hour is long enough to learn something and practise it on real work, and short enough that people can fit it into a working week. Regular short sessions stick better than a single long course, because each one builds on what the team has been using since the last.
One-on-one or in a group?
Both. Group sessions of three to five people work well for shared habits like note-taking and planning. One-on-one sessions suit a role with its own tasks, or someone who wants to go further.
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your business already has or is most likely to use, such as the AI assistant in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, or ChatGPT. The habits carry across tools, so the training does not lock you into one.
Do you also build AI systems?
Yes. Webgun builds AI and automation for New Zealand businesses, and training often sits alongside that work so a team gets the most out of what is built. You can book training on its own.
