THE PROBLEM

A sagging headliner is a specific problem with a specific search, and the person typing it wants one thing: someone who can fix it this week. Jay's workshop in Massey does that work to a standard worth showing off, but the business was being found — when it was found — as a general trimming shop rather than the answer to the actual question.

OUR APPROACH

We led the whole site with the query. The hero asks "sagging headliner?" and answers it, then four dedicated pages cover the four jobs the workshop does best — roof lining replacement, auto trimming and carpet, pillar trim repair, door card repair. Deliberately narrow: four things done properly, each with its own page, beats a list of twenty services none of which ranks.
