THE PROBLEM

Every gutter cleaner in Auckland says they clean gutters. The thing homeowners actually weigh — someone on a ladder against their spouting, in their guttering, on their roof — goes unaddressed, so the decision defaults to price.

OUR APPROACH

We built the method into the proposition. The SkyVac ground-based vacuum system means no ladders, no scaffolding and no one on the roof, and the site says so before it says anything else — carbon-fibre poles, a 3,000-watt vacuum, leaves and moss and standing water lifted out from ground level. Before-and-after photos on every job are promised on the page because that is what converts a quote request into a booking in this trade.
